Game of Trust follows the personal stories of Daniela and Elena, a mother and daughter. In just a few decades, the times in which each lived her youth have changed, as has society. But both must confront the violence hidden under the guise of good intentions. Their destinies are as different as they are inextricably intertwined, and their own freedom is at stake.

Martin Makariev, a Bulgarian director, writer and producer, is behind some of the most successful Bulgarian productions: In the Heart of the Machine, Wildlings, Attraction, Roseville, as well as series such as The Tree of Life, Undercover, With River at Heart. Having graduated in Germany, he also has numerous music videos and international projects to his credit.
