Radivoje Andrić is one of the most popular contemporary directors not only in Serbia, but also in the whole of Southeast Europe.

Bulgarian audiences are well familiar with his work, presented at previous editions of Sofia Film Fest – starting with his debut feature film „Three Palms for Two Punks and a Babe“ (1998), through his second film „Dudes“ (2002) and a few years later, Andric’s third film, which became an absolute audience hit, „When I Grow Up, I’ll Be a Kangaroo“ (2004). „How I Learned to Fly“ (2021) is Radivoje Andrić’s first feature film as a director in 15 years.
