After the death of their estranged mother, two sisters reunite to sort through her belongings — among them, an old, unwanted mattress. The mattress begins an unexpected journey through flea markets and city corners, touching the lives of strangers. The Journey of a Mattress is a tragicomic exploration of memory, loss, and the quiet ways objects carry meaning beyond us.
