After losing her husband, Mila retreats to live alone in a camper by the shore of a dam. Lia is a young drifter, wandering across the country with her dog, Freddy. When their paths cross, both women are changed. Mila learns how Lia navigates the world, and she hits the road on her own to discover who she truly is and how to be a better person.
