An existential and magical film that not only shows the interpersonal, but also the deep primal connection with life and death. The hypnotic mood of the footage, poetry and music create a richly emotional atmosphere. It is inspired by and contains poems by Boris Hristov, the dramaturgical adviser, composer and performer of the music for the film.

Stephan Ganoff studied Directing, Acting and Animation at New Bulgarian University in Sofia and at the Academy of Media Arts Cologne (KHM), Germany. His short films have won prizes at numerous festivals, while various galleries and museums have shown his performances and video art. His short, The Transfiguration, won the Jameson Short Film Award at the 2018 Sofia IFF, the Audience Award in Cologne, and an Honourable Mention at LA Film Awards.
