Galina D. Georgieva (1977) graduated in Russian philology from the “St. Kliment Ohridski” University (2000) and film directing from the NBU Master program Film and Television Art (2007). She has a Ph. D. in 20th century Russian literature. She directed the fiction shorts “Extra Safe” (2014), “The Master of the House” (2015) and “French Cinema” (2019), selected and awarded at international film festivals.
