Ten-year-old Martina is a DanceSport competitor. Her mother has ambitions to make her the champion of Bulgaria. With this in mind, she enrols her to train with 25-year-old Victor, an eccentric young coach and former champion, who is currently going through a difficult break-up with his partner. He and Martina manage to help each other in moving on.

Georgi Kostov graduated in Film and TV Directing from Krastyo Sarafov National Academy for Theatre and Film Arts in 2005. Between 2000 and 2002, he worked as film editor at Odavision Studio. He scripted and directed several music videos for the Horizont band. In 2003, he worked as director for MSAT TV and, in 2005, he wrote, produced and directed the Top Gun Programme for the Military TV Channel. The director of several short films, his feature debut was Pistol, Briefcase and Three Stinking Barrels (2012), followed by Sex Academy: Men (2017), The Stubborn (2019), The Rest Is Ash (2020) and Speculators (2022).
