Minch Kolev is a promising sculptor, eagerly preparing for an exhibition.
Critics labelled his works, displayed at his exhibition in 1962, as scandalous
and incompatible with the ideas of the regime. The sculptures were
thrown away as scrap. It was only a matter of time before those closest to
him would support him.

Dimitar Petkov graduated in Film Directing from the Krastyo Sarafov
National Academy of Theatre and Film Arts (NATFA), under Prof. Yank
Yankov, Margarit Nikolov and Ivan Nichev. He has worked as a director at
the Boyana Cinema Centre. In 1989, he produced Silence, his first feature
film, which was awarded the Golden Rose in 1990. In addition to his work
as a scriptwriter, director and producer, he has made several appearances
as an episodic actor in Bulgarian feature films and series.
